Veronica Klavzar, gebürtige Südtirolerin, ist eine in Wien lebende Harfenistin und Pädagogin. Sie absolvierte zwei Masterstudien mit Auszeichnung (Master Konzertfach Harfe und Master of Arts Education) an der Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien.

Sie trat in zahlreichen Konzerten, sowohl als Solistin als auch im Ensemble und Orchester (Wien Modern, Opernfestival ‘Rossini in Wildbad’, Gustav Mahler Akademie, etc.) in bedeutenden Sälen auf, vom Goldenen Saal des Wiener Musikvereins bis hin zur Tokyo Opera City. Neben verschiedenen Konzerten in Italien, Österreich, Deutschland, Slowakei und Japan wurde sie auch schon als Solistin in Brasilien eingeladen. Seit 2022 (erstes Konzert im Porgy & Bess in Wien) spielt sie auch ihre eigenen Kompositionen mit der elektronischen Harfe und erforscht neue Klangwelten.
Als Vermittlerin war sie unter anderem bei der Kunsthalle Wien, dem Europäischen Forum Alpbach und der Éscola Parque Sul Brasília tätig.

Sie ist Vizepräsident des Vereins La Chambre Concertante Wien, Mitglied des Kollektivs arTemporis und des Anita Obwegs Quintetts.

Veronica Klavzar, born in South Tyrol, is a harpist and teacher living in Vienna. She completed two master’s degrees with honors (Master of Concert Harp and Master of Arts Education) at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna.
She has performed in numerous concerts, both as a soloist and in ensembles and orchestras (Wien Modern, Rossini in Wildbad Opera Festival, Gustav Mahler Academy, etc.) in prestigious venues ranging from the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein to Tokyo Opera City. In addition to various concerts in Italy, Austria, Germany, Slovakia and Japan, she has also been invited as a soloist in Brazil. Since 2022 (first concert at Porgy & Bess in Vienna), she has also been playing her own compositions with the electronic harp and exploring new worlds of sound.
She has worked as a mediator at the Kunsthalle Wien, the European Forum Alpbach and the Éscola Parque Sul Brasília, among others.
She is vice president of the association La Chambre Concertante Wien, a member of the collective arTemporis and the Anita Obwegs Quintet.
